Description
A Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers at the dealership. Greets customers, listens to their vehicle concerns, explaining necessary repairs, providing cost estimates, scheduling service appointments, communicating with the technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process; essentially acting as a liaison between the customer and the service department by managing repair orders, addressing questions and advocating for the customer's needs while also potentially upselling additional services.
Qualifications
Customer Service: Listen to customer concerns, answer questions, get feed back and ensure customer satisfaction
Commucication: Understand customer problems and commuincat them to the technician
Sales: Sell additional products or services to customers
Automotive Knowledge: Order parts, look over documention, and comunicate with technician
Time management: Manage time effectively and follow directions
Salary : $17 - $20
