Compensation & Benefits
The Paint Prep Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $22.00.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, cleaning, priming)
• Perform proper panel prep to ensure high-quality paint finishes
• Assist painters with staging and workflow efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area
• Follow OEM procedures and shop standards
• Support fast, consistent cycle times without sacrificing quality
Qualifications:What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in paint prep or auto body (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and process standards
- Be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have a valid driver's license
Salary : $17 - $22
