CNC Swiss Programming and Set Up Operator Maple Grove, MN Payrate: $25-$40 per hour
Shift Needed: 1st Shift 6:45am – 4pm Mon-Thurs. and 6:45am – 12pm on Fridays.
Benefits Offered: Employees are offered 6 paid holidays and will qualify for benefits after 90 days

Job Summary
CNC Programming, set-up and operator utilizes CNC Swiss. CAM experience is a plus. Operate and
maintain CNC equipment. As a CNC Swiss Operator and Programmer, you will be responsible for reading
and interpreting technical blueprints and performing quality checks on the final product. You may also
be required to troubleshoot any machine issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Set-up operator utilizes CNC Swiss, Citizen and Tsugami to perform a series of progressive
machining operations requiring a high degree of skill.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Perform daily maintenance of machines as required.
- Understanding of work holding
- Operators may run more than one unit simultaneously.
- Requires a broad knowledge of machining techniques and familiarity with CNC operational
- Maintain a clean, safe work area.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Swiss Set Up Operator, programming a plus
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to perform metric conversions
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 10 or more years of related experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Continuous mental and visual attention is needed.
- The ability to stand for a shift and lift up to 40 pounds is required.
- The temperature may vary, and personal protective equipment is required.
