This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager, located in Claremont, NH. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient stock and inventory control. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining operational excellence. Key tasks involve coordinating shipments, overseeing warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and ensuring timely order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.

• Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure efficient and accurate management of warehouse items.
• Strong skills in Operations and Inventory Management to oversee day-to-day warehouse functions and optimize processes.
• Experience with Forklift Operation and adherence to safety protocols for equipment handling is required.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain a high level of accountability, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
