Hiring Operation Export Warehouse Staff at Seattle Branch

K Line Logistics USA Inc. is seeking a qualified individual for an Export and/or Warehouse Operation position at our Seattle Branch located at;

855 S. 192ND ST., BLDB B. SUITE 200, SEATAC WA 98148

.
The Operation will be responsible for the following:

• Process project shipments via airlines and steamships by coordinating the movement of international shipments and preparing documentation of freight.
• Work with project customer, trucker and warehouse
• Track, trace and update customer related issues to external and internal clients.
• Have a customer service oriented skill set and professional attitude.
• Be responsible for executing all functions relating to the special project process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive shipments, organize and process by order and instructions
• Input data into the system, print label, and manifest
• Pack and label according to instruction and standard operation
• Stage pallet, shrink wrap and/or proper packing
• Check and file daily and weekly inventory
• Resolve and report a discrepancy
• Track and trace shipment for customer
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Working experience with an International Freight Forwarder is preferable
• To demonstrate the ability to increase and secure new freight-related business.
• Preferable 2 years in Customer Service or Operations, in International Transportation business
• Familiarity with local marketplace and trends
• Driving forklift experience
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Aggressive individual to achieve revenue and sales goals
