Job Summary

The Hiring Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and onboard top talent. This role collaborates closely with HR to address employee needs and implement effective onboarding and training programs to support new hires’ success.

Key Responsibilities

• Job Posting and Recruitment:
• Develop and post compelling job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, and evaluate resumes and applications to identify top talent.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with department leads to define hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Candidate Management:
• Schedule and manage the interview process, including initial screenings, panel interviews, and follow-ups.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Onboarding New Hires:
• Design and execute a structured onboarding process to integrate new employees into the company culture and workflow.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, and other departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources (e.g., equipment, access, and workspace).
• Facilitate introductions to team members and key stakeholders to foster a sense of belonging.
• Implementing Onboarding Training:
• Develop and deliver onboarding training programs to equip new hires with the knowledge and skills needed for their roles.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
• Ensure new hires understand company policies, values, and expectations.
• Collaboration with HR:
• Partner with HR to address employee needs, including benefits enrollment, policy questions, and workplace accommodations.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues to HR as appropriate.
• Support HR in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies during hiring and onboarding.
• Additional Duties:
• Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and report on progress to leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices in hiring.
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
