We work with wedding couples throughout Florida and beyond, as well as with brands, marketing teams, and organizations to photograph corporate events, executive headshots, branding imagery, and large-scale conferences. Across all of our work, we operate as a process-driven, detail-focused studio with a strong emphasis on quality control, consistency, and professionalism at every stage of the workflow.
We are looking for someone to join our team long term and play an integral role in supporting both our wedding and corporate work, helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and at a high standard.

The Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Photo Culling & Studio Assistant to support post-production and gallery delivery while also assisting with select administrative tasks. This role supports both wedding and corporate workflows and is essential to maintaining the high standard our clients expect.
This position will start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
Photo Culling & Editing
- Culling weddings, corporate events, branding sessions, and smaller shoots with consistency and strong visual judgment
- Performing light to moderate editing for:
- Corporate events and conferences
- Branding and headshot sessions
- Engagements, families, and select smaller shoots
- Maintaining consistency with K&K’s editing standards
Gallery Management & Quality Control
- Uploading and organizing galleries in Pic-Time
- Quality-checking galleries for color accuracy, exposure, cropping, and overall polish
- Ensuring galleries are fully client-ready before delivery
Administrative & Studio Support
- Assisting with studio administrative tasks as needed
- File organization, naming, and asset management
- Supporting internal workflows to keep projects moving efficiently
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience with photo culling (professional or high-volume workflow preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom Classic
- Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable following established systems
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with Pic-Time
- Experience with AfterShoot
- Familiarity with wedding and/or corporate photography workflows
Compensation & Growth
- $20/hour starting rate
