A well-established CPA firm based in Long Island , NY is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize tax documents and scan in the system and mail back to clients
- Support weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for multiple clients (Training will be provided)
- Request and track employee timesheets/hours from clients
- Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong internet research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior administrative experience preferred
