Experience • 3–7 years of experience in network engineering, data center deployment, or network operations • Experience provisioning enterprise/hyperscale network devices at scale • Hands-on experience with at least one major vendor platform (Juniper/Arista/Cisco) • Experience with large-scale network deployments (100 device environments) • Understanding of data center power/cooling constraints and physical infrastructure Certifications • CCNA/CCNP (Cisco) or JNCIA/JNCIS (Juniper) (Required) • Vendor-specific certifications for optical platforms (Ciena, Infinera) (Preferred) Soft Skills • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure deployment environments • Strong documentation and communication skills • Cross-functional collaboration with field technicians, operations teams, and engineering • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding • Problem-solving and escalation judgment Preferred Qualifications • BICSI certification (RCDD, Installer, Technician) or equivalent • Experience in hyperscale data-center environments • OSHA 10/30 certification • Familiarity with DCIM tooling, intake/ticketing systems, and network management dashboards • Foundational knowledge of network protocols and the OSI model (Layers 1–4)
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
