Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter (development, enhancements, and support)
- Strong SQL and database skills, including creating/modifying database tables, views, and queries
- Experience in application design, development, testing, and support
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and data validation
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good to Have Skills
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience
- Unix/Linux scripting
- Data warehousing concepts
- CI/CD and version control tools (Git, Jenkins)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and test software solutions using Python and Informatica.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of application solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and development tasks.
- Develop and maintain database objects including tables, views, and related components based on business requirements.
- Create and execute unit test cases and ensure high-quality, defect-free deliverables.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with onsite leadership, developers, and distributed teams.
- Provide regular status updates and proactively escalate risks or issues.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring timely delivery.
- Guide and mentor development team members and support technical decision-making.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
