Are you an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in Merchant Acquiring or Embedded Finance? We’re looking for a highly analytical professional who can translate complex business needs into clear technical direction — driving product excellence across payments, transaction flows, and digital banking systems.
About the Role
The Sr. Product Manager will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will lead requirements documentation, define transaction and funding flows, support technical design discussions, and ensure flawless execution across development and release cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Develop detailed PRDs and functional specifications.
Document product flows, transaction lifecycles, and funding processes.
Maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
Technical Collaboration & Delivery Support
Act as a senior liaison between Product, Engineering, and QA.
Translate business needs into technical design specs.
Collaborate with API, UI/UX, and Data teams for alignment.
Process & Flow Design
Create process maps, system interaction diagrams, and data flows (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
Ensure accuracy in transaction journeys from initiation to settlement.
Product & Release Management
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
• Review QA test cases and validate functional outcomes.
• Track milestones for high-quality, on-time releases.
Core Skills & Competencies
• Strong requirements writing and business process mapping.
• Experience working in Agile product development.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, structured, and analytical.
Preferred Experience
• 10 years as a Product Manager in Merchant Acquiring or Embedded Finance.
• Strong understanding of merchant pay-ins, payouts, instructional funding.
• Exposure to APIs, microservices, and modern digital banking platforms.
