Senior Automation Engineer – D365 Playwright
Experience: 10–13 years preferred
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation, including building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Playwright knowledge and practical experience; Python is preferred, while TypeScript is also acceptable.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably Finance and Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes.
- Experience in API automation using REST Assured or other relevant frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps, including pipeline configuration and YAML files.
- Practical understanding of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or similar tools, along with MCP and RAG concepts.
Domain and Application Expectations
- Hands-on testing experience with D365 Finance and Supply Chain.
- Salesforce CRM experience is also acceptable, particularly where the candidate has relevant finance/CPQ exposure and strong automation capabilities.
- Oracle ERP experience may be considered if the candidate has strong finance-domain knowledge and relevant automation experience.
- Experience migrating existing automation frameworks to Playwright and converting business requirements into automation scripts is valuable.
Preferred Skills
- Python Playwright combination.
- Additional automation frameworks such as Selenium and Cypress.
- Experience in SaaS environments, finance transformation projects, and enterprise ERP/CRM implementations.
