Integration / Technical Understanding REST/SOAP APIs
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• WMS integrations
• ERP/SCM integrations
• EDI/B2B concepts such as 850, 855, 860, 940, 945, 856, 861
• JSON/XML payloads and field mapping
• Integration error handling and troubleshooting
• Ability to work with technical teams on integration requirements
• Sales Order → Shipment Request → Pick/Pack → Ship Confirmation
• Inventory synchronization
• Shipment and receipt confirmation
• Transfer Order integration
• Exception and retry handling
Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, scheduling, shipping, invoicing
• Return Material Authorization (RMA) — return orders, return types, receiving, inspection, disposition, credit/refund flows
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) process knowledge
• Sales Orders, Transfer Orders, Back-to-Back Orders, Drop Ship
• Order orchestration & fulfillment lines
