About the Role
Adobe is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Solution Consultant to join our Digital Experience team, specializing in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). In this role, you'll help enterprise clients unlock the power of real-time customer data, create personalized journeys, and drive business outcomes using Adobe’s cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to support client discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Demonstrate the value of AEP and AJO by designing personalized, real-time customer journeys using real-world data and use cases.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions that leverage Adobe’s platform capabilities.
- Deliver technical presentations and live demos tailored to client needs and verticals.
- Stay updated on the latest capabilities of AEP, AJO, and related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Provide input to product and engineering teams based on customer feedback and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, martech, or customer experience platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), real-time data architecture, and journey orchestration.
- Familiarity with AEP components: Real-Time CDP, Customer AI, Identity Service, Data Collection.
- Hands-on experience or solid knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, etc.).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, data modeling, and basic JavaScript/SQL is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe certifications (e.g., AEP Business Practitioner, AJO Expert).
- Experience in a pre-sales or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with privacy and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
