The Role:
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. You will play a role across every facet of operations, with direct hands-on experience in multiple areas.
Basic Responsibilities (not limited to):
Data Entry
Client Communication
Office Administration
Sales
Accounting
Accounts Receivables
Accounts Payable
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, communications, or science preferred)
Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
Intellectual Curiosity
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required
