Hand Car Wash Technician
K&K Automotive
K&K Automotive is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing hand car wash team. If you take pride in making vehicles look their best and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality hand washes on customer vehicles
- Vacuum interiors and wipe down interior surfaces (depending on service purchased)
- Clean windows, wheels, tires, and door jambs
- Ensure every vehicle meets K&K's quality standards before delivery
- Keep the wash area, equipment, and supplies clean and organized
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Compensation
This is a performance-based position.
Rather than earning a flat hourly wage alone, team members earn a percentage of every vehicle they wash. The more cars you complete while maintaining excellent quality, the more you earn. This rewards employees who are dependable, efficient, and take pride in their work.
