As the Branch Manager, you will administer the daily workflow; market title services, assist with the preparation of the branch budget, review and/or complete timely and accurate title reports, commitments, amendments, policies, and all ancillary matters to ensure closings are performed on schedule.
Essential Duties
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Title and escrow experience in multiple states.

Essential Duties
- Supervise all Associates at the branch either directly or indirectly and manage the workflow in the office.
- Review title evidence for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Respond to special requests by lenders, Realtors, attorneys, and the developer on residential and commercial transactions.
- Research title questions prepare title commitments, closing statements, policies and proformas for residential and commercial transactions.
- Guarantee that real estate settlements are conducted timely and accurately.

- Knowledge of title industry, practices, laws, and regulations.
