When you shepherd a mortgage from start to finish, your customer feels confident every step of the way. Processing a loan can be like guiding a traveler on a long safari. Customers can easily feel lost in the complexities, except for those lucky enough to have someone with your exceptional skill to get them through. In addition, if you’ve been working as an Underwriter or Loan Officer in a bank, this could be your dream opportunity to use your talents in a more fulfilling way!

We need you to originate loans within designated builder communities and manage their progress through underwriting, processing, closing and post-closing. You will provide this vital support by generating and maintaining communication between Builder and Mortgage Company and by maintaining a satisfactory closing/backlog capture ratio and expected customer satisfaction.
Requirements for this position include an Associate’s Degree from a 2-year college or technical school and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in loan origination or sales. Requirements also include the ability to read and interpret governmental regulations and procedure manuals, write reports and business correspondence, effectively present information, and respond to questions from customers and other Associates. Strong communication, analytical and math skills are essential.
