Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Manhattan, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Architectural Associate will be responsible for creating and reviewing construction drawings, handling architecture submittals, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM). The Architectural Associate will also assist in project management tasks, working closely with other team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently and according to the specified timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture and Submittals
- Proficiency in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work both in-office and remotely, as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the residential construction industry is a plus
