THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, HR Strategy is a pivotal member of the KHOV HR leadership team, responsible for supporting the Chief People Officer and HR leadership team on high-impact, enterprise-wide HR strategies and programs. This role blends strategic thinking, strong program management, and data-driven decision-making to advance key priorities across workforce planning, talent management, compensation strategy, employee experience, and HR service delivery.
The ideal candidate is a forward-looking HR leader who can translate business strategy into scalable people initiatives while partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and senior business leaders to ensure alignment, adoption, and measurable impact.
Responsibilities: Strategic Program Leadership
- Lead the execution of enterprise HR strategic initiatives aligned to KHOV business objectives.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps and implementation plans for critical people priorities.
- Drive cross-functional program governance, timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic program leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, talent management, compensation, or organizational effectiveness.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in complex environments.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
