The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the organizational IT support needs of the associates in our Title Division’s various offices. Candidate is responsible for customer service, end-user training, new-hire onboarding, equipment procurement, IT troubleshooting, scheduling of equipment/services and proactively addressing outages. Researching and resolving complex technical problems with cooperation from the Server Operations department. Candidate will be required to fully understand, research and train others on our new Title and Escrow software solutions.
This candidate will work with our Help Desk provider to research and resolve technical problems ranging from basic to complex levels of severity. Documentation and follow-up will be required on all technical support issues to ensure our associates receive a positive IT experience with a sense of urgency. Travel to remote offices and occasional after hours and weekend work is needed to address critical outages and issues.
Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years of experience in an IT support related role preferred. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
