National Implementation Manager

We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill the role of National Implementation Manager for a National Homebuilder. This role will manage the specific high spend house cost nationally. The role will lead and support strategic initiatives across Home Operations, including centralized scheduling, pilot programs, and production planning enhancements. This role serves as a critical liaison between field operations, IS, and planning teams to ensure seamless execution and adoption of national initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

• Partner with Production Planning Managers to support scheduling, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Lead implementation efforts for centralized scheduling and other national initiatives.
• Develop training materials and facilitate onboarding for new systems and processes.
• Monitor pilot programs, gather feedback, and iterate for broader rollout.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on home production systems and tools

Education/Experience Four-year college degree from accredited college or university.  Five to ten years of homebuilding industry experience is strongly preferred.  Experience in developing and implementing standardized processes and managing complex projects is a must.  Advanced Excel skills, Enterprise One, Sales 1440, PowerPoint, Insight, SQL &CRM

Additional knowledge and experience:

1. Prior experience in roles such as IPM, Business Analyst, or Production Planning Manager preferred.
2. Proven experience in homebuilding operations, systems implementation, and project management.
3. Thorough understanding of and ability to coordinate major change management activities.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Analytical, detail oriented, accuracy, and organization skills
6. Superior ability to sell change internally and overcome resistance
