The Entitlements Manager will be responsible for entitlements as they pertain to land development. Work with internal department, city and county government agencies and subcontractors to satisfy all entitlement contingencies for assigned communities. Ensure all plans and required submittals are processed with the appropriate government body to obtain approvals as required. Develop entitlement strategies, submissions and presentations as necessary. Obtain entitlement and permit approvals for projects. Manage the entitlement process while maintaining community schedules. Prepare project schedules and budgets through the permitting process and ensure schedule and budget compliance.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university focusing on Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture or Engineering; minimum of 3 years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
