Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality landscaping and maintenance work on residential and commercial properties while following company standards for safety, efficiency, and workmanship. Crew Members work as part of a team under the direction of a Crew Leader to ensure projects are completed on time and to client's expectations.
Job Description & ResponsibilitiesDaily
- Perform landscaping and maintenance duties as assigned, including mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup
- Follow instructions from the Crew Leader to ensure jobs are completed correctly and within budgeted hours
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, materials, and equipment
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and properly
- Report accidents, property damage, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the Crew Leader or Manager
- Adhere to all company policies as documented in the Employee Handbook and Safety Manual
- Participate in company training programs and safety meetings
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on job sites
Essential Functions
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Pick up and stack materials, equipment, tools, and debris from the ground
- Bend, lift, walk, and work on uneven or sloped terrain
- Shovel sand, dirt, gravel, and snow
- Climb ladders
- Perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Ability to understand and follow technical and verbal instructions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of landscaping and/or maintenance experience, including mowing, preferred
- Physically able to perform all essential job functions
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality — must show up on time every day
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Bilingual is a plus*
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
