- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment in accordance with blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and troubleshooting
- Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to connect pipes securely and efficiently on-site
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues early and execute repairs promptly
- Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components seamlessly into existing structures
- Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform manual labor involving heavy lifting to move materials safely around the construction site
- Collaborate with team members on site to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project timelines
- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and general building infrastructure
- Experience with construction site operations including remodeling, assembly, and handyman tasks
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for site transportation needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting plumbing issues
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and plumbing work
