We are seeking a motivated Precision Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex components with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities
- Assemble intricate parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality
- Conduct inspections of assembled products to verify proper fit, function, and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes
- Document work completed accurately in production logs and reports
Qualifications
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience, preferably in a high-precision environment
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity of assembly line processes and hand tools
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is highly desirable
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of manufacturing safety protocols
