We have an immediate need and are currently seeking a successful sales person with a proven track record for the role of Sales Admin. The candidate must possess the following knowledge, experience and personal characteristics: Strong work ethic and proven track record of sales growth and identifying and developing sales with both new customers andor new markets. Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and exhibit great time-management skills. Must have EXCELLENT communication skills both verbal and written, and be able to tailor them to a specific industry, customer or internal need. Must have previous success with Sales activities including the development and implementation of a sales plan that includes measurable goals. This position WILL require travel estimated to be 10-15% maximum. Candidate must be people orientated with the innate ability to read people and situations and react to them in a way that results in a positive outcome for K&G. Preferred background in a manufacturing industry. Will be of part a success-oriented team with a can-do attitude and the candidate must have the same drive to work as a team and succeed.
