As a Store Door Greeter, your primary responsibility is to create a welcoming first impression for every customer who enters and exits the store. You will help foster a safe, friendly, and service-focused shopping environment by greeting customers, offering assistance, and supporting basic store standards.
K&G Door Greeters are expected to work collegially with co-workers. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies.

Key Responsibilities
- Remain at the store’s front entrance to welcome and thank customers.
- Help deter potential theft through customer service and awareness.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance by answering questions or directing customers to store associates as needed.
- Support store operations by monitoring fitting rooms, exits, or other high-traffic areas as directed by management.
- Conduct receipt or bag checks only when requested by store management, or when the EAS system is triggered, and in line with company policy.
- Observe and promptly report any unusual or dishonest activity by customers or employees, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to store management.
- Assist with daily tasks such as organizing front-end areas, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting customer service needs.
- Attend store meetings, physical inventory, and training classes as scheduled.
- Verbally update store management on observations, concerns, or assigned tasks during each shift.
- Comply with all workplace safety procedures, customer service standards, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
