Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at K-FOOD SEOUL, a Korean restaurant located at 600 N BRAGG BLVD, SPRING LAKE, NC 28390. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Recommend menu items and answer questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Process payments using a POS system or cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating bills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
- Experience using a POS system or cash register is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
