Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily installation operations to meet branch revenue goals
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified installers
- Monitor job quality with regular inspections and enforce standards
- Oversee inventory control and order materials as needed
- Ensure compliance with permits, codes, and inspections
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project progress
- Negotiate labor costs and review labor invoices for accuracy
- Supervise and train production staff
- Resolve service requests quickly and cost-effectively
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
