EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Year 1: $60,000-$90,000 through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission
Mid-Level: $90,000-$140,000 annually
Top Performers: $140,000-$180,000 annually
Leadership: Team Lead, Sales Manager, and expansion leadership roles
