Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property management operations, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Manage property leasing processes, including tenant screening and contract negotiations.
- Utilize Yardi and for efficient property management and financial tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any conflicts or maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, leveraging Microsoft Office for administrative tasks and reporting.
