Full time opportunity with plenty of room for growth. K&D is looking for skilled Maintenance Director, with previous experience, to oversee property Maintenance for the Apartment building.
Candidates must have previous experience in Apartment & Residential setting including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and routine maintenance.
In addition, candidate must be computer literate and have outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff. Candidates without previous, relevant & required, experience will not be considered.
