This is a custodial and housekeeping position within the Apartment Real Estate industry that offers growth opportunities. The role involves cleaning unoccupied suites, common areas, outdoor grounds, and other assigned custodial duties. The job requires full-time availability, including weekends for coverage, flexibility in scheduling, and a maximum of 40 working hours per week. K&D provides a full benefits package after 30 days of employment. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in a team environment, possess a pleasant disposition, and interact with residents.

The Custodial Technician is responsible for the overall cleanliness and professional appearance of assigned properties. The job requires following customized job cards, a positive attitude, and being a team player. Other essential functions include cleaning the management and leasing office, lobby and elevators, fitness rooms, stairwells, compactor shoot rooms, laundry room, woodwork, doors, and walls. The job also entails cleaning the exterior of properties and removing snow if necessary. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, a reliable vehicle to travel to any K&D property, the ability to follow directions, and operate necessary equipment. They should also be physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds and move trash dumpsters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the overall appearance of assigned properties, including common areas, unoccupied suites, and outdoor grounds, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Follow customized job cards and procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with site staff, corporate office, and contractors/vendors, and maintain professional communication and interactions at all times.
• Ensure the availability and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, submit requests for replacement items, and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all equipment provided.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
