Position Summary
As Account Manager you will be working closely with K&D’s full time Account Managers ensuring our current maintenance clients are satisfied, assisting in estimating and selling enhancement work, and learning the position of account manager. We are seeking an individual that has a passion for the landscape industry and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Mentor under existing account managers to learn all company protocols and practices
- Assist account managers with correspondence, paperwork, and all related tasks
- Perform reviews of each property in conjunction with K&D account managers to ensure quality standards are met
- React immediately to issues, complaints, irrigation leaks and other inquiries from clients with account manager direction
- Attend site meetings with account managers and clients to perform estimates for enhancement work, tree work, or additional work as needed/requested
- Collaborate with supervisors and operations managers to handle any issues or work orders for clients with account manager direction
- Develop skills through K&D training platforms (internal and external training provided)
Requirements
- Experience in the landscape industry is a plus, however (not required)
- Can Communicate professionally with Owners/Managers and Field staff
- Customer service experience (1-3 years preferred)
- Align with K&D Core Values
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, and email management
- Driver License required and Insurable Under K&D’s insurance plan
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus
