Branch Manager

The Service Manager oversees and enhances service technician performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
K&D Factory Service has been operating in the Mid-Atlantic Region since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our Central Refrigeration Branch serves the York, Lancaster, and Camp Hill, where the position is based.
Core Responsibilities
- Leading and Fostering Company Culture
- Consistency Implementing Policies and Procedures
- Manage field service operations: scheduling, dispatch, and technician oversight
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, equipment dealers and manufacturer reps
- Drive sales and personally manage key accounts
- Monitor emergency service calls and ensure timely resolution
- Make independent decisions using sound judgment and industry best practices
- Maintain budget discipline and control operational costs
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of profit center management with measurable success
- Prior experience in field service, facilities maintenance, or a similar industry
- Proven P&L ownership and financial accountability
- Strong Knowledge of Refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Driving record must align with our safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
