K Con is looking for experienced laborers to join our crews for our residential and commercial projects. We have projects located within the greater Seattle area, North King and Snohomish County. Come join our K Con team!Qualified Applicants:Must be 18 years of age.Be dependable and show up on time ready to work.Willing to commute to job sites in multiple locations.Team oriented and willing to help with all day-to-day tasks.Follow direction from Superintendent and Forman to help keep production moving on projects.Able to meet physical demands of the job (i.e. standing for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., etc.)Assist in cleaning up jobsites from debris and machinery.Ability to use power tools and machinery as needed.Communicate with management on any concerns/issues during the day on site.Understand basic math skills.Prior construction experience is a plus.Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.Competitive Pay & Benefits:Medical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time-Off401kEmployee Life InsuranceEmployees must be employed for 60 consecutive days in order to receive the above.Advancement opportunities for driven individuals.Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience.Company DescriptionK Con is a residential and commercial land development company.
