Position Overview
We are hiring Junior Operators and Helpers with prior oilfield experience to support our flowback operations. You'll work alongside experienced operators in the field, often in two-person crews. This role requires someone who can work independently, stay safe under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to perform rig up & rig down tasks which include lifting up to 100 lbs. Lifting, squatting, bending and climbing are frequent during these operations.
Field Responsibilities
- Lifting and connecting iron pipe and various fittings from wellhead to equipment using hand tools including sledge hammers and pipe wrenches
- Hourly equipment monitoring and recording of measurements
- Assisting Operators with equipment maintenance and monitoring
- Computer work in Excel
- General cleanup and maintenance of company vehicles and trailers
Shop Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading field equipment
- Lifting equipment up to 100 lbs.
- Equipment maintenance and cleanup
- General shop cleanup and maintenance
Requirements
- Prior oilfield experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work around high-pressure equipment
- Comfortable working at well sites with potential presence of H2S; must be able to wear safety equipment weighing 30 lbs
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Positive, can do attitude to help expand our strong team
Preferred
- H2S, SafeLand, or PEC certifications
