Well Testing / Flowback Operator

Position Type: Full-time

Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Compensation: $12–$17/hr, paid 24 hours a day while on location per diem

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Well Testing/Flowback Operator to run flowback and well testing operations at the wellsite in the Eagle Ford. You'll be responsible for the equipment, the data, and the client relationship on your pad.

What You'll Do

• Rig-up, operate, and rig-down well testing/flowback equipment: test separators, sand separators, manifolds, flare stacks, flow iron, and data acquisition
• Participate in JSAs, tailgate meetings, and maintain site safety compliance
• Monitor and record well data (rates, pressures, temperatures, sand production) and deliver accurate, on-time daily reports to the client
• Manage pressure control and choke operations during drill-out, flowback, and production testing
• Maintain equipment on location and report deficiencies before they become failures
• Communicate professionally with company men and client representatives on site

What We're Looking For

• 2 years minimum well testing/flowback experience
• Working knowledge of high-pressure flow iron, separator operations, and sand management
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Physically able to work outdoors in all conditions and lift 65 pounds
• Self-starter who can run a location without constant supervision — and communicate clearly when something's off
