We are looking for a Kitchen staff for our Korean street style restaurant located in Cypress.DutiesAs a Kitchen Team Member, your responsibilities will include:Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring all ingredients are prepped according to recipes and standards.Supporting the kitchen staff in food handling and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.Utilizing various kitchen equipment, including knives and cooking tools, safely and effectively.Collaborating with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.Following all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Participating in catering events as needed, helping to set up and break down food service areas.Contributing ideas for menu items or improvements based on customer feedback.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:Previous experience in a kitchen environment or food industry preferred but not required.Basic culinary skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques.Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.Would be great if understand KoreanStarting pay is $16.50, will increase by working performance and experienceWorking hoursMorning shift: 10:30 AM - 3:00 PMNight shift: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PMJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleWork Location: In person
