Customer Support Specialist — Entry Level
Saraland, AL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Office Only
? THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. This role requires you to work in our Saraland, Alabama office Monday through Friday. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Saraland.

Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Customer Support Specialist to join our team!
No industry experience is required. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, banking, call centers, or office support, we’d love to hear from you. We will train the right person!
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with questions
- Process customer orders accurately
- Update customer accounts and information
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional, positive manner
- Enter information accurately into the computer system
- Work with other departments to help customers
- Handle multiple tasks in a busy office environment
- Support daily office operations as needed
Requirements

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can type 30+ WPM
- Enjoys talking with people and helping solve problems
- Can multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Has strong computer and typing skills
- Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

- Learns quickly and works well as part of a team
