You’ll be part of a dynamic, people-focused team where your expertise, ideas, and contributions will be valued and celebrated.Role Expectations: Lead the project delivery process including initiation, authorization, planning, design, engineering, material procurement, construction, commissioning, and close outAnalyze activity plans, including budgets to develop integrated master schedules to develop contractual and project requirements for an assigned projectDevelop an Integrated Master Schedule of the project according to owner standards and approved scheduling tool. Perform Current Schedule and Cost (EV, AC) vs. Performance Measurement Baseline, compare and highlight major activity deviations between the original baseline and the current plan based on monthly updates. Provide leadership, guidance and support in the area of scope definition, cost management, schedule development, change management, meeting design basis criteria, risk identification and risk managementDevelop effective working relationships among all project team members, stakeholders, and the project resources including managing external vendors, consultants, and contractors as appropriateResponsible for project updates and metrics tracking, associated reporting to stakeholders, and compliance with corporate and function proceduresWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Engineering Management, or Construction Management or related discipline preferred8 years of Project Management Scheduling concepts Understand and manage projects from concept to complete.Strong knowledge using Oracle Primavera P6: 6 years P6 Project level SchedulingDemonstrated knowledge of engineering design, construction, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling Power utility industry construction/maintenance project experience (Substation, T&D focus)Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools.
