Oooh Yeah is a fast-growing gift and accessories brand specializing in funny socks, slippers, and hats. We sell nationwide through independent retailers, specialty gift shops, and major gift markets. We work with professional rep agencies and showrooms across the U.S., including World Market Center Las Vegas, AmericasMart Atlanta, Dallas Market Center, Seattle Mart, and more.

We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and people-driven Sales Manager to manage and energize our national sales rep network.

Sales Manager Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing independent sales reps and showrooms across the country, supporting them with strong sales tools, training, and follow-up. This role is both strategic and on-the-ground, requiring market attendance, rep training, and ongoing performance management.

This is a key leadership role that directly impacts company revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesRep & Showroom Management

  • Manage independent sales reps and showroom relationships nationwide
  • Serve as the main point of contact for reps across all markets
  • Motivate, train, and hold reps accountable for sales performance

Sales Tools & Rep Kits

  • Prepare and maintain rep kits, catalogs, line sheets, pricing sheets, and samples
  • Develop clear sales tools to help reps successfully sell Oooh Yeah products on the road
  • Coordinate product launches and seasonal selling materials

Trade Shows & Markets

  • Plan and attend major gift markets (Las Vegas, Atlanta, Dallas, Seattle, etc.)
  • Sell directly at shows and support showroom selling
  • Meet reps in person, train them during market, and reinforce brand messaging

Training & Communication

  • Train reps on product features, pricing, target customers, and selling strategies. Need to be able to train reps through both zoom meetings and in person meetings
  • Host post-market follow-up calls and regular check-ins
  • Communicate promotions, new products, and sales strategies clearly and consistently

Sales Follow-Up & Reporting

  • Track rep activity and performance
  • Ensure reps are actively selling Oooh Yeah after each market
  • Provide sales feedback, forecasts, and insights to ownership

* Inhouse sales for territories not covered by reps

*Have 3 years experience in GIFT or APPAREL industry

* Have 3 years experience working with rep agencies in Gift industry
* Regularly analyze and review sales targets and progress with sales management
* Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends
* Planning, Thinking Reflecting time to prioritize and better focus on what matters while achieving company sales goals.
* Any other tasks as directed and specified by the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in gifts, accessories, apparel, or footwear
  • Experience working with independent sales reps and showrooms
  • Strong understanding of gift markets and wholesale selling cycles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to travel multiple times per year for markets
  • Self-starter who thrives in a small business environment
  • Experienced using ERP system, able to run reports from ERP system

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
