What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Practice Manager position at JY DENTAL LLC?
Overview
The Mission: To provide "All Star" service to our patients and an elite environment for our team.
Are You an All-Star Leader?
At All Star Dental Care, our name isn’t just a label—it’s our standard. We don't do "average." We provide world-class clinical care and a patient experience that feels like a five-star hotel.
We are looking for a Practice Manager who is ready to be the face of this mission. If you are a high-level operator who is tired of being "just an office manager" and ready to truly direct a business, we have the platform and the compensation to match your talent.
Why Join All Star Dental Care?
- The "All-Star" Pay: We offer up to $80,000 per year plus performance bonuses. We believe in rewarding the expertise and peace of mind that a top-tier leader brings to the helm.
- Autonomy & Respect: You aren't here to be micromanaged. You are the director of operations. You will have the authority to refine systems, lead the team, and drive the practice’s vision.
- Growth-Centric Culture: We invest in our people. From high-end technology to continuing education, we ensure you have the tools to stay at the top of your game.
- A Team that Wins: We hire for attitude and train for skill. You’ll be leading a group of professionals who actually enjoy coming to work.
The Role (Your Championship Game)
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily flow of a high-production office, ensuring the schedule is optimized and the patient experience is seamless.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage KPIs, collections, and insurance workflows with a "business owner" mindset.
- Team Coaching: Mentor, hire, and inspire the front and back-office staff. You are the "Coach" that keeps the team synchronized and motivated.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with the doctor to identify growth opportunities, improve case acceptance, and keep the practice thriving.
What We’re Looking For
- The "All-Star" Factor: You have a track record of taking dental practices to the next level. You understand that "Service" is the product we sell.
- High EQ: You can handle a busy waiting room, a complex insurance claim, and a team concern—all while keeping your cool and a smile on your face.
- Systems Mindset: You love a good SOP. You know how to build repeatable systems that make the office run like a well-oiled machine.
- Experience: 3 years of dental management experience is preferred, but a history of elite leadership in high-end hospitality or medical management will be considered.
Experience
- Proven experience managing a medical or dental office environment with a strong background in office management and healthcare administration
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading administrative or clinical teams in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical administrative support procedures
- Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, billing practices, and revenue cycle management
- Strong understanding of managed care processes, utilization management, and hospital or acute care environments enhances your ability to lead effectively
This role is perfect for a proactive leader passionate about delivering high-quality dental care while expertly managing the operational intricacies of a busy practice.
