Description
JX4 Dedicated Logistics is hiring experienced Appliance Delivery Drivers/Installers and Helper/Installers for residential appliance delivery and installation routes.
Previous hands-on appliance delivery and installation experience is required for both positions.
Schedule
Routes are available seven days per week. Applicants will provide their weekly availability during the screening process.
Responsibilities
- Load, transport, deliver, and install household appliances
- Install refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ranges/stoves.
- Complete electrical, plumbing, and ventilation connections when applicable
- Safely move and position heavy appliances inside customers’ homes
- Protect customers’ homes and merchandise from damage
- Test appliances after installation
- Remove old appliances when required
- Provide professional customer service
- Complete required delivery documentation
Driver/Installer Requirements
- Previous hands-on appliance installation experience
- Experience operating a 26-foot box truck
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances
Helper/Installer Requirements
- Previous hands-on appliance installation experience
- Experience loading, moving, positioning, and installing appliances
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances
- Ability to work effectively as part of a two-person team
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a lifetime background screening
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation to the Newnan warehouse
- Dependable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and customer-service skills
Compensation
- $160–$175 per day, depending on position and experience
- Weekly Pay
Qualified applicants will be to completew a short experience and availability form.
