The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, picking and packing products, and preparing shipments for delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack truck parts for all branches within the JX Truck Center network.
- Ensure all orders are shipped on time and in full.
- Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify all incoming freight verifying the correct location.
- Perform quality control checks on all products before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Daily utilization of sit-down fork trucks along with pallet jacks.
- Provide mentorship to new hires as needed.
- Engage in ongoing training and complete all annual training requirements.
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth order processing.
- Demonstrate Good Stewardship:
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment a plus
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Attention to strong detail with the ability to identify and correct errors effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Desire to grow within the organization
- Valid driver's license
