operation of the Service Department by engaging in a variety of tasks
that support and enhance shop functionality and service delivery.

Facilitating the swift and efficient delivery of parts to shop
technicians, directly contributing to our ability to honor commitments

Interacting with customers in a manner that is diplomatic and courteous,
fostering positive experiences that build loyalty and satisfaction.
Supporting Technician Efficiency: Assisting in tasks that increase
technician proficiency and efficiency, thereby enhancing the overall
