Counter Representative, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our
customers receive accurate and timely assistance in obtaining the right
parts for their diesel equipment. With a dedication to honoring

customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments:

efficiently. Locate and secure parts from various vendors for shop jobs,

fulfilling customer orders. Keep customers informed on the status of
special orders and backorder parts. Create Positive Experiences: Greet
and assist customers at the parts counter, providing friendly and
knowledgeable service to create positive interactions. Utilize strong
product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the right parts for
their needs, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience. Provide
technical assistance to customers, including assisting service
