HR Assistant (Temporary)
Position Title: HR Assistant (Temporary) Location: 10036 E Germann Rd Mesa, AZ 85212 Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Employment Type: Temporary (Leave Coverage) Duration: Approximately 6 Months
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide temporary support. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources with strong recruiting and interviewing experience. This role will support day-to-day HR operations while helping to maintain a positive employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assist with the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and provide general HR support.
- Assist with employee inquiries and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong recruiting and interviewing skills required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS experience preferred.
