Ski Valet Supervisor

This position is located at our ski shop and cafe store in Snowmass Village, Snowmass, Colorado. 

We are seeking a Ski Valet Supervisor to join our Snowmass Ski Cafe Ski Shop team. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for skiing and the mountain lifestyle to be part of our team. The sky is the limit in your career with Gorsuch! You will work with a team of Gorsuch Ski Valets that will be managing a team of individuals whose main responsibility is making sure that skiers have a smooth and enjoyable experience on the slopes.  

General Duties of the Ski Valet Supervisor are:

• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service to ensure our guest expectations are met with a high level of service. 
• Lead and supervise the Ski Valet team while ensuring all service standards are followed.
• Handle Owner/Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departments.
• Ensure that ski storage room is constantly organized and kept up to date with Guests and Owners equipment, neatly organized by name and unit number.
• Responsible for all equipment preparedness prior to the start of the ski day.

What the Ski Valet Supervisor will need to be a great candidate:

• Previous Ski Shop experience and/or customer service experience, minimum of 2 years with experience supervising preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledgeable of Ski & Snow sports Industry products and technologies.
    

he anticipated base salary range for this position is between $25- $30 hourly. The rate of pay is the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
